Report A Systematic Meta-Narrative Review of the Qualitative Literature

This paper undertakes a systematic review of academic and grey literature to identify trends in and approaches to health research capacity development. The paper also consolidates the results to identify a more coherent approach. It concludes that research capacity development must be equally valued as a research outcome.
